Job summary

DBM Vircon is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead delivery of digital engineering and BIM services on assigned projects. You will build trust with clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive ISO-aligned processes across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in AEC/digital engineering, strong communication, and hands-on BIM tooling experience. This is a global, office-based role with travel and flexible remote communications.

Responsibilities

• Understand engagement scope, milestones and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day delivery to DBM Vircon standards.
• Build and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage tasks with the team for high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, sub-contractors and delivery teams.
• Lead and oversee the federated model creation and management.
• Create DE / BIM plans using ISO-aligned terminology.
• Set up and administer the CDE and workflows to ISO 19650.
• Run clash detection and coordination meetings and drive resolution.
• Review information models against project requirements.
• Develop and optimize digital workflows and applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and platform technologies.
• Contribute to R&D working groups.
