Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a VDC / BIM Coordinator to support large semiconductor facility design projects within the Digital Delivery team. You will lead model-based coordination, run clash detection workflows, and organize coordination meetings with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong understanding of high-density MEP systems and can guide teams toward constructible designs. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 5+ years BIM/VDC experience in design/engineering environment.
• Experience in semiconductor/cleanroom or advanced manufacturing design.
• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-phase clash detection and coordination workflows across multi-discipline models.
• Plan, facilitate, and run recurring coordination meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Aggregate and manage federated models per BEP and client standards.
• Identify clashes and design conflicts early, drive resolution with discipline leads.
• Track coordination issues and monitor resolution to maintain schedules.
• Develop and maintain coordination logs, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
