Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 7+ years of BIM management and Revit modeling experience.
• Strong skills in Navisworks for clash detection and 4D simulation.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD to validate information and navigate models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans and standards.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of Revit models across project lifecycles.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and modelers.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance BIM process skills.
• Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders to integrate BIM workflows.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM tools.
• Prepare BIM progress reports and maintain project data records.
