Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead VDC/BIM coordination for large commercial mechanical construction projects. You will oversee BIM standards, model quality, clash detection, and coordination from preconstruction through project completion while supporting field operations.

Responsibilities include managing BIM/VDC processes, leading coordination meetings with owners, GCs, architects, engineers, and trade partners, and mentoring BIM designers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience on large commercial projects (healthcare, data centers, industrial, or mission-critical facilities).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
