Job summary

Mullins Mechanical, a leader in industrial and large commercial mechanical construction, is seeking a BIM/VDC Lead to drive BIM execution plans, standards, and clash resolution on complex projects. You will oversee Revit models across project lifecycles, mentor coordinators, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and general contractors to integrate BIM into workflows.

Occasional site visits and a commitment to quality control and documentation are expected as part of delivering on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of professional BIM management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans and standards.
• Oversee Revit models throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead and mentor BIM coordinators, modelers, and related staff.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into workflows.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance BIM skills.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors for BIM alignment.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution with BIM tools.
• Prepare BIM progress reports and maintain project records.
