Job summary

ARCO Innovation group seeks an experienced VDC Manager to lead BIM coordination across diverse projects. You’ll champion BIM processes, pilot VDC technologies, and collaborate with architects and engineers to implement BEP while delivering robust BIM models and deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring several years of coordination experience and advanced BIM software skills to push the construction industry forward. This role requires independent project leadership from kickoff to completion.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of project coordination experience.
• Advanced knowledge in ACC, Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD.
• Excellent understanding of BIM workflows and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a BIM champion, advocating for current processes and exploring future opportunities.
• Participate in piloting VDC technology throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and implement the BEP.
• Create, maintain, and update BIM models using ACC or similar platforms.
• Perform clash detection and analysis to identify and resolve conflicts before construction.
• Coordinate the exchange of BIM data between design teams and software platforms.
• Develop and maintain BIM protocols for the team.
• Generate BIM deliverables such as 3D views, schedules, and reports.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
