Job summary

B&I Contractors, Inc., a leading Florida-based MEP contractor, seeks a skilled BIM/VDC Detailer – HVAC DUCT to join our growing team. You will develop detailed, constructible model deliverables and coordinate across disciplines to support fabrication and installation planning.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BIM/VDC or MEP drafting, proficient in Revit, and comfortable with plan interpretation, file management, and coordinating with Team Leads and Field Ops.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or trade school training in drafting, BIM, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC, mechanical drafting, or MEP modeling OR equivalent.
• Experience with construction drawings, mechanical systems, or MEP layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models and shop drawings per company standards and project requirements.
• Produce accurate, coordinated, constructible model-based information for downstream use.
• Maintain organized model structure, views, sheets, and file management.
