Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a BIM Specialist to administer BIM systems across our data center design ecosystem.

You will oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud environments, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive process improvements while ensuring data integrity and accessibility for project teams. You will develop automation via Revit API and Autodesk Platform Services, train stakeholders, and help establish BIM standards across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
2+ years of using BIM API and SDKs.
Min. 3+ years of relevant professional experience in BMS.

Responsibilities

Administer BIM Common Data Environments (Forma, BIM 360) and other tech solutions.
Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain BIM solutions.
Produce comprehensive BIM systems documentation.
Educate and support primary design technology applications.
Develop technical solutions using BIM API and SDKs (Revit, Autodesk Platform Services).
Coordinate information management, metadata, and classifications with asset databases.
Perform BIM data QA/QC and analysis.
Provide BIM technical support to project teams.
Establish and maintain BIM standards, processes, workflows across regions.
Educate and train internal and external teams in BIM tools and best practices.
