Job summary

Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking a Building Information Modeling Project Manager to develop and implement industry standards for BIM/CIM across horizontal projects. You will support the Horizontal BIM/CIM team and report to the DEN Senior BIM Project Manager, guiding design reviews, workflows, and quality control.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in digital facilities, with strong Civil 3D and Autodesk tools expertise, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Three (3) years of professional level BIM/CIM experience on digital facilities projects.
• Driver’s license required and must be kept current.

Responsibilities

• Perform design review for horizontal construction projects at each phase (30/60/90/commissioning); ensure compliance with DEN standards and FAA requirements.
• Review Design Standards Manual annually and provide input for revisions.
• Attend staff meetings, planning groups, and events requiring DEN BIM expertise.
• Plan and conduct stakeholder meetings to communicate milestones and resolve issues.
• Analyze change requests; advise on schedule, cost, and resources; direct implementation of changes.
• Develop plans to ensure compliance with industry standards, FAA, and internal practices; manage risk and cost/benefit analyses.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and obtain user acceptance; perform project closure and lessons learned.
• Contribute to design, testing, modification, and implementation of new BIM/CIM content and align with DEN BIM vision.
