City and County of Denver, Denver International Airport, seeks a Senior Project Manager for Design, Engineering, and Construction. The role leads facility and infrastructure projects, collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across the airport campus and DEN facilities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, plus strong communication and risk-management skills.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering large-scale facility/infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing complex projects in operational environments (airports/operating facilities).
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field; PMP licensure is a plus.
• Skilled in full project lifecycles: contracts, delivery methods, stakeholder coordination.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgets, and performance metrics reporting.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks; drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, time frames, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare bid materials and cost estimates with DEN Project controls staff.
• Lead project teams; coordinate contractors/consultants; ensure code compliance.
• Monitor schedules, costs, quality; review designs and permits; manage change control.
• Mentor staff and support alignment with DEN standards and processes.
