Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience delivering large-scale facility and infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing complex projects in operational environments such as large airports or continuously operating facilities.
• Strong educational background in a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Skilled in managing full project lifecycles, including contracts, methods, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in analyzing, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ability to proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks while driving improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear updates and coordination.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to determine project plans and goals.
• Prepare project work plans including time frames, funding limits, costs, risk factors, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Develop bid materials with professional consultants and cost estimates; review proposals and designs.
• Act as team lead on projects; coordinate work for contractors and consultants; assist with code compliance issues.
• Matrix-manage consultants and personnel; define change control processes and QA for project success.
• Coordinate complex project management work, monitor construction/design, track schedules and expenditures; ensure compliance with standards.
• Review and evaluate design drawings, specifications, and project documents for permits and approvals.
• Review projects for engineering code compliance; monitor quality and address barriers to scope/schedule/budget.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
