Job summary

The City and County of Denver’s District Infrastructure expects a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex design and construction initiatives for the airport’s facilities portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets and risk, and ensure alignment with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan.

Hybrid work is supported; on-site presence is required several days weekly at the DEN campus and project locations in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Interdisciplinary Senior Project Manager with depth and breadth of technical proficiency.
• Strong problem solving, communication and facilitation skills.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including intergovernmental organizations, utilities, City agencies, and consultants.
• Consult with stakeholders to determine project plans and goals, scope, timeframes, funding, costs, risk, staffing and resources.
