Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end program and project management for BIM Central, ensuring disciplined planning, on-time delivery, and quality across the asset lifecycle. You will define tooling standards, drive quarterly planning, and oversee the BIM Summit while coordinating with cross-functional teams and leadership to surface risks and keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set planning discipline, manage project plans, and drive outcomes with risk and blocker resolution.
• Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans, manage PM tooling, and establish the system of record.
• Drive reporting end to end: ensure data accuracy and delivery of external reports, surfacing risks early.
• Drive the operating cadence: manage recurring team forums, set agenda, drive decisions, ensure accountability.
• Drive planning: oversee goal-setting and quarterly planning, coordinate inputs and commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: manage agenda, content, facilitation, logistics, and results.
