Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive BIM, VDC, or digital delivery experience of 5+ years.
• Experience managing BIM models and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD.
• Strong BEP and clash-detection workflow knowledge.
• Experience across design, construction, and closeout phases.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards, BEPs, and digital delivery procedures across projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and oversee clash detection reviews.
• Oversee BIM implementation from design through construction to closeout.
• Manage ACC and other digital collaboration platforms.
• Conduct model audits and quality reviews for compliance.
• Provide technical support and leadership to BIM teams.
