Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering; or related technical degree with relevant experience.
• Familiarity with building design, codes, and industry practices.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for BIM drafting and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide design assistance and coordinate with BIM staff to deliver quality drawings on schedule.
• Create schematic/design development drawings and prepare cut sheets for equipment.
• Ensure drawings comply with company design standards and project requirements.
• Assist with equipment sizing, preliminary calculations, and design documentation.
• Organize project files and communicate workload status to the PM/mentor.
