Job summary

DBR is seeking talented engineers and designers in Houston to support building design and BIM drafting. You will provide schematic design input, assist project teams, and help develop construction documents on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a technical or engineering background with experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Basic industry knowledge in building construction and design is recommended.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and BIM drafting.
• Proficient with design software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow DBR design standards per design manual and PAL directions.
• Provide preliminary calculations and equipment sizing details.
• Prepare drawings and sketches for final documents.
• Collaborate with project team to convert schematic to design development.
