Qualifications

Basic industry knowledge in building construction and design.
Revit and AutoCAD drafting experience and ability to read construction drawings.
Proficient use of computer for design and BIM drafting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word).
Excellent research and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Dependable and punctual.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide design assistance on selected projects and work with designers and BIM staff to deliver a quality product on schedule.
Prepare drawings and sketches for final drawings and construction documents.
Organize and maintain project files and maintain a neat work area.
Solve engineering problems using experience and education; ask for assistance when needed.
Continue learning through seminars and continuing education opportunities.
Assist with calculations and equipment sizing as directed.
