Job summary

Vincere is seeking a BIM Operator in Tupelo, MS for a long-term on-site role with a contract-to-perm path. You will join a construction-focused client and help create 3D models of mechanical systems, emphasizing piping and HVAC ductwork to support project delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit, and hands-on drafting for mechanical contractors or engineering firms. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and domestic water systems drafting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience drafting/designing for a mechanical contractor or engineering firm.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Building Plumbing and Domestic Water Systems drafting and design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop 3D BIM models of mechanical systems with emphasis on piping and HVAC ductwork to support construction projects.
• Assist in design discussions and coordinate with project teams on-site.
