Job summary

Apollo Mechanical Contractors is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler in Oak Ridge, TN, responsible for developing detailed 3D models for piping and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and ensure that all models support prefabrication and modularization.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of BIM/Revit experience, knowledge of plumbing systems, and proficiency in relevant tools. This position offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of BIM/Revit experience in piping/plumbing modeling or detailing.
• Preferred 3-5+ years of field experience in piping or plumbing installation.
• Experience with fabrication-driven BIM workflows is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for piping and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and multi-trade teams for accurate system routing.
• Support projects through all phases from design to construction.

Skills

Knowledge of piping and plumbing systems

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Fabrication MEP

BIM coordination and clash detection

Ability to interpret construction documents

Familiarity with piping fabrication workflows

Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments

Education
