Job summary

National Design Build Services LLC (NDBS) seeks a BIM Technician with 1–3 years of experience to model HVAC equipment, ductwork and piping in Revit, and to produce plans, sections and details from the model. You will update models as designs change and coordinate with the BIM team.

You'll work alongside senior designers and engineers, build Revit families, support clash resolution, and help maintain BIM standards on multiple projects at once. This is an on-site role in St.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in HVAC or MEP, or related degree with Revit coursework.
• Working proficiency in Revit (MEP).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HVAC piping and ductwork systems and fittings.
• Ability to read Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Model HVAC equipment, ductwork and piping systems in Revit to project and company standards.
• Produce plans, sections and details from the Revit model under the direction of senior designers.
• Update models to reflect design changes, RFI responses and clash resolutions.
• Assist with clash detection in Navisworks and help prepare clash reports.
• Build and maintain Revit families and content for HVAC equipment, fittings and accessories.
• Keep models accurate, consistent and aligned with NDBS BIM standards and project execution plans.
• Organize and maintain model files, sheets and project records.
• Support senior designers and engineers on multiple projects at once.
