Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Revit Drafter / BIM Modeler for a fully remote role supporting a major campus expansion in the United States. You will develop detailed 3D models and construction drawings for mechanical piping systems and coordinate with project teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Revit drafting or BIM modeling, experience with HVAC/piping, and proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD or other Autodesk software is a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of Revit drafting or BIM modeling experience.
Experience with mechanical piping/HVAC/plumbing systems preferred.
Proficiency with Revit; AutoCAD or Autodesk software a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D Revit models for mechanical piping systems and supports.
Create accurate construction, fabrication, and installation drawings.
Coordinate piping layouts with structural, electrical, plumbing trades.
Identify clashes and resolve constructability issues.
Incorporate design changes and field conditions into models and drawings.
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, BIM/VDC teams, and field personnel.
Support fabrication and installation teams with buildable documentation.
