Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler I in Phoenix to contribute to project modeling using Revit and related software. You will participate in producing drawings, maintain BIM standards, and support the production team with accurate layout and documentation.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and some experience in electrical drafting or Revit, with opportunities to grow within a shareholder-owned leader in electrical contracting.

Qualifications

• Revit proficiency and ability to create/manipulate views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, and filters.
• Strong understanding of 2D plans, lighting and electrical schedules.
• Ability to learn and use industry-standard software including BlueBeam and NavisWorks.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout and input from field details with Supervisor/Lead Modeler into Revit per REI Standards.
• Review own work for accuracy before passing to others.
• Prepare sheets following project requirements and REI Standards.
• Maintain the Revit model environment per Rosendin BIM Standards.
• Document progress of assigned work per project standards.
