Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a BIM Model Manager - Digital Delivery Specialist to lead the digital model environment and ensure high-quality deliverables across a project’s lifecycle.

You will supervise discipline models, set up the Digital Delivery Plan, and coordinate between production teams to maintain schedule and standards. The role requires a technical degree with multiple years of BIM element authoring and digital delivery experience, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience.
• Proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and communication skills.
• Experience with 3D Coordination tools.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project.
• Coordinate all disciplines and production of construction documents.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables per project scope.
• Execute digital deliverables and support production teams through the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and communicate deliverable schedules to the project team.
• Maintain model health and coordinate quality control through design reviews.
• Develop and maintain model setup and project information.
