Job summary

HDR in Minnesota seeks a BIM Model Manager to lead the digital modeling for projects and to implement the Digital Delivery Plan. You will coordinate with project teams, establish server infrastructure, and ensure model health through design reviews and 3D coordination.

The role requires 5+ years in digital design (BIM) and 3+ years in digital delivery. Strong communication, client service, and knowledge of industry standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience.
• Minimum 3 years digital delivery (model management) experience.
• Strong understanding of discipline relations and building systems.
• Advanced skills in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Proficiency with 3D coordination tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables per project scope.
• Execute digital deliverables and support production teams through project lifecycle.
• Maintain model health and coordinate reviews and 3D coordination processes.
• Host digital delivery coordination meetings and communicate deliverable schedules.
• Ensure team has software, versions, access, and training for project requirements.
