Job summary

HDR in the United States is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist to manage the digital model environment for projects and to coordinate multi-discipline models. You will work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan and ensure timely, quality digital deliverables across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or combination of education and experience in digital design/delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in digital design (BIM element authoring) and 3 years digital delivery (model management).
• Strong understanding of discipline relations and building systems.
• Proficient with 3D design software and document management systems.
• Demonstrates excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and project deliverables end-to-end.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Collaborate with Project Manager to establish server infra and deliverables.
• Execute digital deliverables and support production teams through the lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and monitor model health and standards.
