Job summary

MissionHires is seeking an experienced BIM Manager in Sarasota, FL to oversee Building Information Modeling workflows and ensure effective use of BIM tools across architectural projects.

This role includes supporting teams from conception to construction, driving model quality and promoting innovation in a hybrid work environment. Candidates should have a robust understanding of architectural documentation and previous experience in a senior BIM role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in architectural practice with strong BIM focus.
• 3+ years in a BIM Manager or senior BIM leadership role.
• Experience developing BIM standards and templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM standards and best practices.
• Support project teams throughout all phases (SD, DD, CD, CA).
• Train and mentor architects and designers on BIM workflows.

Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Strong communication with architects and consultants

5+ years in a senior BIM leadership role

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture

Tools

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360)
