Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator for Mission Critical projects in a hybrid work environment. You will lead BIM efforts, develop execution plans, and mentor BIM Technicians across multiple offices.

You will coordinate with VDDS leaders to meet project objectives and deliver accurate models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle. You should bring 11+ years of related experience, strong BIM software proficiency (Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks), and willingness to travel up to

Qualifications

• Typically a minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR).
• Willingness to travel occasionally between offices for project coordination and training (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM effort for Mission Critical projects and prepare BIM Project Execution Plan.
• Mentor BIM Technicians and coordinate with project management and VDDS leaders.
• Perform BIM peer reviews/QC and coordinate with subconsultants.
• Utilize virtual review tools and deliver BIM presentations for clients.
• Develop and promote BIM standards and participate in process improvements.
