Job summary

CESO, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Designer to lead the design and documentation of complete architectural building projects, coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems with minimal supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, 6+ years of experience, and proficiency in CAD/BIM tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use independent judgement to create and lead the production of detailed scaled plans and supporting documentation for building construction projects based on preliminary concepts, sketches, and design guidelines set forth by the Client/Owner provided by more senior staff.
