Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks an Architecture Manager to provide strategic leadership for the design development and delivery of architectural solutions across diverse projects. The role balances workload across offices, mentors staff, and drives innovation and collaboration in design processes.

You will supervise teams, manage budgets and resources, and ensure adherence to standards, codes, and client requirements while advancing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure is required.
• Obtain multi-state licensure as required by CESO to become a signatory for the company.
• NCARB Certification is preferred.
• CSI - CCS and/or CDT certification is preferred.
• Computer skills to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Newforma Konekt.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee design development and delivery of architectural solutions.
• Mentor and coach senior staff to support skill development and career growth.
• Oversee budgets, labor utilization, and resource planning at the business unit level.
• Ensure projects meet client program requirements within budget and schedule constraints.
• Apply advanced architectural design knowledge to guide execution and decision-making.
• Lead regular team meetings to reinforce standards and best practices.
• Assist with proposals, budgets, and design strategies from concept to completion.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are adhered to in project delivery.
• Supervise direct reports.
