The role offers a hybrid schedule (in office 3 times per week), with ongoing BIM enhancements and occasional project coordination across locations. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Revit and BIM in structural disciplines.
• Experience with Navisworks, Revizto and Forma; AutoCAD knowledge.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Lead full construction document production from concept to construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of high-quality 3D Revit models on large-scale projects.
• Produce and oversee construction documents from concept through construction administration.
• Drive BIM coordination to meet schedule and budget goals.
• Organize BIM project structures and workflows; mentor staff and implement standards.
• Enhance modeling efficiency with Dynamo, pyRevit and related tools.
