• At least three years of experience as BIM Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience with industrial projects; strong background in structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of design-build project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Procore.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation Planning: develop and implement BIM execution plans for design and construction projects.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project stakeholders to define BIM goals, standards, and protocols.
• Generate preliminary 3D models for pre-construction and estimating activities.
• Model Management: oversee BIM models, ensure accuracy, updates, and compliance.
• Extract quantities from 3D models for various disciplines and coordination.
• Clash detection and resolution before construction begins.
• Quality Control: perform checks on BIM models and data for accuracy and reliability.
• Scheduling: integrate Master Schedule into 4D schedules and simulations.
• Autodesk Forma Administration: manage Forma site folders and permissions as needed.
• Training and Support: train teams on BIM tools and workflows.
• BIM Standards and Best Practices: stay updated with industry standards and drive improvement.
