Performance Contracting Group in Anaheim, CA is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM coordination for Los Angelas Interior 557 projects. You will facilitate BIM coordination meetings, review design coordination, run clash detection, and coordinate with engineers, architects and clients to ensure model integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in CAD/BIM, a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, Navisworks, plus strong communication and teamwork in a

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of computer-aided drafting and design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture 2015, Revit and Navisworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture or Engineering fields.
• Ability to understand design and document coordination.
• Knowledge of construction industry means and methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with solid work ethic and initiative.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate BIM Coordination meetings.
• Coordinate BIM logistics (contracts, emails, file sharing, etc.).
• Review and document design coordination conflicts.
• Run clash detection on federated models and communicate issues.
• Prepare and distribute clash reports to support coordination.
• Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with operations staff.
• Facilitate subcontractor communication in meetings.
• Assist with sign-off and submittals of coordinated areas.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with trades.
• Meet with engineers, architects and clients to review models.
