Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical or plumbing construction or virtual construction.
• Hands-on field installation experience in plumbing.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level BIM modeling and coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Translate contract drawings into fabrication-ready Revit models.
• Identify code compliance issues and generate RFIs.
• Support multiple projects with real-time updates and problem-solving.
• Quality assurance checks for LOD and constructability.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure installation-ready models.
• Serve as subject matter expert in mechanical/plumbing BIM practices.
