Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can operate as both a BIM leader and mechanical construction professional.

  • Strong Revit/BIM capabilities
  • Project coordination leadership
  • Clash detection and resolution experience
  • Strong understanding of fabrication and installation
  • Ability to work with PMs, estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

This is primarily an office-based position, working extensively at a computer and on BIM platforms.

The position will also include occasional visits to active construction projects and project site trailers.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk active construction sites.
  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate project environments as needed.
Compensation
