• Lead high-level BIM modeling and coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Translate contract drawings into accurate, fabrication-ready Revit models.
• Identify code compliance issues and generate RFIs.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously with real-time updates and problem-solving.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for LOD and constructability.
• Work closely with field teams to ensure models are installation-ready.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in mechanical/plumbing system design and BIM best practices.
