Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations in Loveland, CO is seeking a Virtual Construction Lead Specialist to execute high-level BIM modeling and coordination for mechanical systems, primarily in Revit.

You will work with project teams to translate drawings into fabrication-level models, identify conflicts, generate RFIs, and ensure model accuracy and constructability across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC construction or virtual construction, strong Revit and Navisworks skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC construction or virtual construction experience.
• Field installation experience in HVAC systems.
• Fabrication-level knowledge is a plus.
• Expert in Revit and other BIM tools.
• Strong ability to read construction documents and issue RFIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level BIM modeling and coordination of mechanical (HVAC) systems.
• Translate contract drawings into fabrication-level Revit models.
• Identify design conflicts and generate RFIs for resolution.
• Support multiple projects with real-time updates and issue tracking.
• Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure model accuracy and constructability.
• Work closely with field teams to reflect real-world installation practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in HVAC design coordination and BIM standards.
