WSP USA in New York City seeks a BIM Manager to lead Bentley-based 3D modeling for planning and infrastructure projects, supervise CADD design for multi-site programs, and ensure deliverables reflect survey data and industry standards.

You will mentor drafting staff and engineers, coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues, perform clash detection, and maintain BIM libraries in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of BIM Modeller experience with a Bentley focus.
• Proficiency with Bentley platforms (MicroStation, AECOsim, OpenBuildings Designer) and other BIM tools.

Responsabilités

• Create accurate 3D models of MEP systems in Bentley software per project specs.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to align models with requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and BIM Execution Plan.
• Conduct clash detection and generate coordination reports.
• Produce 2D drawings from 3D models for construction documents.
• Maintain BIM standards and library of families.
