Job summary

WSP USA in New York City is seeking a BIM Manager who will focus on Bentley products to create and manage detailed 3D models and provide technical design support for OPEN BUILDINGS and CADD on planning and infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing multi-site CADD designs and ensuring deliverables reflect survey data and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Bentley software solutions in BIM modelling.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models of MEP systems in Bentley software per project specs.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to align models with requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet BIM standards and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Conduct clash detection and generate reports for coordination.
• Produce 2D drawings from 3D models for construction documents.
• Maintain and update the BIM library and families.
