Job summary

Loenbro, a trusted construction lifecycle partner with a national presence and local approach, seeks a BIM Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to manage digital BIM processes from design through construction. You will ensure model accuracy, coordinate between disciplines, and deliver timely project information to clients.

You will develop and implement the BEP, lead model coordination, and train project teams on BIM workflows while aligning with established standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of BEP development.
• Strong communication with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• BEP Development: Create and manage the BIM Execution Plan for the project.
• Model Coordination: Oversee integration of 3D models from multiple disciplines.
• Clash Detection: Run clash checks and coordinate issue resolution.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure models adhere to BIM standards and naming conventions.
• Training and Support: Train project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Collaboration and Communication: Lead coordination meetings and share BIM information with stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Perform model QA/QC for detail and conflicts.
• Information Management: Maintain and organize project BIM data.
