Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on BIM lead to drive BIM processes for a major EPC heavy civil project. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, oversee BIM/CAD workflows, and ensure 4D/5D development and model coordination across design and construction teams.

You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups, uphold project BIM standards, and mentor staff on CDE usage and clash detection.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant BIM experience.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary project delivery and client-facing presentations.
• Strong communication skills for relaying BIM/CIM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across design subcontractors and project teams.
• Provide BIM production support and maintain the CDE, model federation, and clash management.
• Develop standardized BIM workflows and ensure interoperability with GIS and scheduling.
• Conduct model audits, support design/construction reviews, and manage issue logs.
• Train delivery teams on BIM workflows and 3D/4D processes.
