Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead design-phase BIM coordination and model management in our Gilbert, AZ office. You will work with engineering, field, and modeling teams to maintain organized model environments and ensure BEP implementation, clash detection, and timely delivery of information to clients.

You will manage model development, ensure standards and templates are followed, and support project teams with constructability reviews and field coordination.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in electrical BIM coordination.
• Deep knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination meetings with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, telecom, structural, architectural).
• Perform QA/QC reviews, clash detection and manage issue logs to resolution.
• Manage internal coordination and overall system constructability per single/one-line diagrams.
• Ensure models are updated and synchronized across the project team.
• Support project managers with constructability reviews and field coordination.
• Collaborate with fabrication and field teams to ensure model accuracy reflects installation.
• Act as the primary liaison between BIM team and project site leadership.
