Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead development and management of BIM models for large-scale projects in the Phoenix area. You will oversee architectural BIM processes, enforce quality control, and coordinate BIM workshops to monitor progress, while supporting project teams with clash detection and cross-disciplinary integration.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in BIM, architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency with REVIT is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
• Articulate communicator able to convey Design Technology concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, development, and management of BIM models for large-scale projects.
• Oversee the Architectural BIM process, ensuring alignment with protocols and execution plans.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures and coordinate BIM workshops to track progress.
• Manage BIM deliverables, including models, drawings, schedules, and coordination exports.
• Support project teams with clash detection, multi-disciplinary integration, and high-quality spatial data delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, technicians, and project managers to define and meet deliverable schedules.
• Grow proficiency in cross-disciplinary BIM processes, independently coordinating smaller-scale projects.
