Ferrovial Construction is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy, execution, and model coordination across multi-discipline teams. The role focuses on digital delivery, 4D/5D integration, and maintaining high-quality model standards to support design and field operations.

You will mentor BIM Coordinators, drive collaboration with project teams, and ensure adherence to Ferrovial BIM standards while leveraging cutting-edge tools and workflows for efficient project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, Building Information Modeling, or a related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of technical training, certifications, and relevant project experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related work experience in the construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of all building and roadway systems.
• Understanding of design and document coordination.

Mansioni

• Lead BIM strategy, standards, and execution planning to support design coordination and field execution.
• Manage federated BIM models across disciplines and project scopes.
• Coordinate 4D/5D integration with schedules and project controls; support digital handover.
• Lead BIM coordinators and project team members; facilitate coordination meetings and walkthroughs.
• Provide training and guidance on BIM standards, workflows, and software adoption.
