Job summary

Ilocatum in Tempe, AZ is seeking a seasoned BIM/Digital Engineering professional to lead the delivery of integrated model-based solutions across the project lifecycle. You will own project setup through closeout, manage federated models, and develop BIM Execution Plans and Digital Engineering Management Plans to guide the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BIM, digital engineering, modeling or drafting across AEC, energy, mining or industrial.
• Hands-on federated model management and clash detection.
• ACC (Forma), Revit, Navisworks and Revizto proficiency.
• ISO 19650 knowledge, including CDE setup and administration.
• Construction knowledge across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

• Quality-check information models and design digital workflows that make delivery faster and cleaner.
• Report on progress monthly, flag risks early and grow client relationships into new opportunities.
• Shape how the firm delivers digital engineering by testing new tools and processes and contributing to R&D initiatives.
