Job summary

HGA is seeking a Digital Design Support Lead for its Digital Practice Group, based in Milwaukee with other US office locations. The role focuses on BIM/digital workflow support for architecture and engineering teams, reporting to the Director of Digital Design - Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM project experience in architectural/engineering settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (and plug-ins) and BIM 360/ACC.
• Working knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, clash detection/tools (Navisworks/Revizto).
• Familiarity with COBie and Autodesk Tandem preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BIM and digital workflow support to project teams.
• Troubleshoot software, standards and workflow issues to keep projects moving.
• Monitor support dashboards and data trends; identify training opportunities.
• Develop targeted training content based on recurring issues.
• Expand and support office hours for on-demand assistance.
• Apply and reinforce HGA digital standards in guidance and responses.
• Contribute to documenting digital workflows and best practices.
