Job summary

HGA is seeking a Digital Design Support Lead to join our Digital Practice Group in San Francisco. The role focuses on BIM and digital workflow support for architectural and engineering teams across the firm.

You’ll troubleshoot software and workflow challenges, reinforce digital standards, and help develop training content. This position offers growth from hands-on support toward specialist or leadership roles within a national practice.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in architectural or engineering BIM project work.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (including common plug-ins) and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Working knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, clash detection and coordination tools.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day BIM and digital workflow support to project teams.
Troubleshoot software, standards, and workflow issues to keep projects moving.
Monitor support dashboards and data trends to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and training.
Assist in developing targeted training content based on recurring issues.
Expand and support office hours for on-demand assistance across projects.
Apply and reinforce digital standards in all guidance and responses.
Contribute to development and documentation of digital workflows and best practices.
