Gensler seeks a Design Technology Lead for Critical Facilities to drive technically rigorous data center projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, set up BEPs, and lead BIM workflows from concept through delivery.

You will partner with design leaders to establish shared goals, improve workflows, and elevate digital delivery across projects, delivering high-value outcomes for clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of AEC experience.
• Advanced Revit modeling, families, schedules, worksharing, coordinates, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary coordination, model management, and issue tracking throughout project lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and manage BIM workflows, including model coordination across disciplines.
• Develop and maintain BEPs aligned with Gensler standards.
• Oversee federation of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, and specialist models.
• Optimize clash coordination processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and timelines.
• Drive governance across projects to improve quality and consistency of design delivery.
• Mentor teams on BIM best practices and digital delivery workflows.
