Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited seeks an experienced BIM Designer/Manager to advance BIM capabilities across large-scale construction projects. You will lead BIM modeling in Revit, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflows, and support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment.

The role requires 3–5+ years in BIM/digital construction, strong Revit skills, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in BIM or digital construction on major projects.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks and CAM tools preferred.
• Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Technology or related field.
• Ability to drive adoption of digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models in Revit for major construction projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows.
• Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying tolerances and sequencing.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement with clash detection and model validation using Navisworks.
