Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a BIM Coordinator to partner with project teams to ensure continuity and consistency of project documentation. The role applies firm standards and workflows to daily delivery and serves as a first-line resource for BIM execution across projects.

You will drive content creation, coordinate with consultants, and maintain BIM libraries while aligning with the BEP and project implementation plans. Hybrid office work is available across our locations.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Revit.
• Experience with BIM in architecture or AEC production.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and document management platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support project documentation and quality control; build custom BIM content.
• Coordinate projects with consultants and maintain model health protocols.
• Drive firm content creation and manage external Revit content and libraries.
• Coordinate BIM execution plan with project teams and ensure BEP alignment.
• Aid in coordinating model clashes and BIM QC services.
• Mentor teams in new BIM processes and tools.
• Assist in firm-wide digital practice training.
• Maintain project templates and training resources.
