Job summary

Foster + Partners in Nashville is seeking a BIM & Design Systems Coordinator to guide multidisciplinary teams on design projects, ensuring delivery aligns with Foster + Partners BIM standards and workflows. You will optimize Revit-based deliverables and coordinate data, reports, and project documentation across the design phases.

The role requires hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools, plus a proactive approach to mentoring colleagues and implementing best

Qualifications

Experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium or large projects.
Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, including clash detection.
Proactive attitude and ability to build strong working relationships.
Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project teams and manage BIM workflows across studios.
Organise, configure and maintain complex Revit projects.
Support the implementation of BIM standards, procedures and best practices.
Provide technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and related applications.
Mentor colleagues in design systems and digital project delivery.
